System starts at 06.00 with Breakfast. Advantage is the buffer zones where chores both personal and collective are completed without depleting sleep time.
Watch with 2 night watches has the morning to sleep in.

The same as a 2 watch system, except the first night watch takes the 06.00 morning watch.
